Reason for Refusal: Service Techs & CSR's will get a drop-down of reason for refusal when trying to refuse equipment on a delivery order. The Reason for Refusal can be managed in Reason For.
Hide Pricing on Receipts: Control whether to include pricing/rates on order receipts.
Split Order Reason: Add a reason why the order is being split in order management.

Exceptions on Pick Up Orders: Picking up equipment that is currently renting on the patient but not on the patient's pick up order will no longer create an Exception.

Reporting:
Inventory Audit: Warehouse name, filter, and audit id filters added to report. Users can now also see the serial number and status of a piece of equipment on the count overlay.
Active ATNR Inventory: This new report allows users to quickly view the current inventory for ATNR specific equipment and the total purchase costs from vendors.
Transaction Report: Reasons column has been added to this report.
Substitution Report: Quick report to see all orders that have had equipment substituted.
Warehouse Unit Cost Report: This new report allows users to quickly calculate the total expenses associated with inventory within each warehouse.
Revenue by Sales Person Report: Transaction column added to the report.
Revenue by Product: New Column Currently owned added to the report.
Current Rentals By Warehouse: Bill-to and Ship-to filters now accept multiple selections
Current Rentals: Users can now multi-select customers.
Warehouse Assists Update: The report has been updated to include a whole new grid showing warehouses and their fulfillment. As well as fulfillment warehouses and which warehouses they had assisted.
Punch Report: Adding, editing, and auditing now available on the punch report to record shift times for service technicians.
Item Sold Report: Report has been updated to be filtered by Ship-To or Bill-To Warehouse. Child grid with details has been added that shows purchasing details.
Re-Delivery Report: Users will now be able to filter out system orders and pick ups from the report.

Billing:
Mass Update Contracts Logs added to inherited Branches: Logs will now be inserted automatically for inherited branches
Lost Icon Changes in Monthly Bill Review: The lost icon on items in monthly bill review will only show for the month items are marked as lost in.
AR Invoicing: Billing categories totals added to CSV.
LTO/RTO Legacy Items: In Monthly Bill Review users will be able to perform the LTO(Lease to Own) and RTO(Rent to Own) actions on Legacy Items.
RTO Setup: Set up items to for conversion from rental to sale after a specified amount of days being on rent.
Punch Report: Logs are now added to this report.
Min PPD Days: Minimum PPD days added to Contracts/Templates. When the PPD days is less than the Minimum PPD days on the Contract, it will auto-update the ppd days to the Minimum.
Extra PPD: Extra PPD functionality has been added to contracts and monthly bill review.
Payment Terms: Payment terms grid module has been added and payment terms is now a drop down on Customer Details. The invoice due dates will be auto-filled based on payment terms selected on the Customer.
Monthly Bill Summary: State and Zip columns added to csv.
Overlapping Bill Days Alert in Monthly Bill Review: An alert will appear in the monthly activity grid for patients with products that have overlapping bill days.
Records Edited after Invoice Generated Alert in Monthly Bill Review: An alert will appear in the monthly activity grid for patients with products that have been edited after an invoice was generated for the customer.

Set Specific Statuses for Recurring Orders: Recurring orders can now be set to pending review, received, and scheduling status.
CSV added to Users tab in Customer: Exporting to CSV available now for users tab on customer.
Legacy Tag Replacement Upgrades: The Legacy Tag Replacement feature now enables users to replace virtual tags with real tags from inventory with a single click, facilitating easier tag management.
Replace Legacy Icon: Quickly replace a legacy tag throughout the system by clicking on the replace legacy tag icon.
Order Notes Notifications: Customer users can now set notifications whenever a note is added to an order, similar to how users receive notifications when orders reach a specific status.

Product kits Update: On New/Edit Product Kits called Only orderable when on contract this setting the product kit will not appear in the shopping cart as a selectable item if it is not part of the customer's contract. This checkbox will ignore Allow CSR to order out of contract items.
Manage Customer Contracts Role: This role will give users the ability to view and edit Customer Contracts.
