A new setting has been added that will save users a step when creating an order. "Preselect Primary Caregiver on Order Creation" will select the Patients primary caregiver as the order caregiver by default. If you would like this to be done without users having to manually select a caregiver, the setting must be checked on.

Improvements have been made to Order Management. Space saving changes have been made to the user interface of Order Management some of which include the new "New Order" button which has consolidated the three Order buttons into one dropdown, the Priority Legend has been reduced in size and the header of order management will not longer be visible to save space and provide more screen real estate.

Along with these space saving improvements, when expanding an order in order management users will now see a few extra tabs. These tabs include "Caregivers" which allows access to view or edit any caregiver the Patient has on file. "Orders" will now show you all active or previously completed orders the Patient has or had. "Patient Records" will now show all activities for the Patient along with order notes. We have also made improvements to the Documents tab. Now users can see both documents for the order specifically and all documents that are on the Patient profile.

Default sorting for Order Management has been changed so when users click apply filter the newest orders will appear at the top.

This feature requires the Truck Tracking premium feature.

The Serious ERP app for technicians has been updated with a new feature:
Start/End Shift.

Users will now be able to simply click on the Start Shift button on their application's home screen and begin the truck tracking feature.

At the end of their shift, users may then simply click on the End Shift button on their home screen to stop sharing their location and in turn conserving phone battery.

The re-order settings have been added to the view and edit warehouse screens. Here you will be able to view/edit the re-order settings for all master products at the warehouse you are viewing or editing.

Re-order settings were also added as a tab to the view Master Product as well as the Edit Master Product page. The new tab shows the reorder settings for the product you are viewing or editing. These re-order settings can vary per warehouse and will influence the PAR levels report.

PAR levels are calculated using this setting and the new Buffer % setting is used to give you a cushion when ordering. Please see the PAR levels report documentation for more details.

We are happy to announce that Serious ERP now includes CRM functionality for Vendors, Customers, and Patients.

The CRM functionality on patients will replace the previous patient notes with a rich activity based system.

You can access CRM functionality when you edit vendors, customers, and patients, as well as when you are creating orders, and even in order management.

We have also added the ability to change the Label of the "CRM" for certain pages using the "Patient CRM Label" setting: Order Management (CRM Tab), Edit and View Patient (CRM button and search bar), Order Creation (CRM button and search bar).

A new notification template has been added to handle integration exceptions. Please make sure to customize it in the Notifications page. The name of the template is "Integration Exception".

You can now upload a picture of your trucks. This will be used for truck tracking.

Functionality for marking whether or not an Estimated Time of Arrival has been provided to either the bill-to or ship-to via Order Management and Order Creation. 

On the main grid of Order Management a user is able to specify if an ETA has been provided to either the bill-to or the ship-to or both.

On order creation, a user is able to specify if an ETA has been provided to either the bill-to or the ship-to or both.

This way, if you need to re-schedule the order, you know whether an ETA has already been provided.

Added tabs for truck profile, inventory, and maintenance to the edit truck page.

Quickly access important truck information from the Edit Truck page. Reducing the amount of navigation required in order to view information related to truck inventory.

New Instances tab added to product masters. Without leaving the edit Master Product page, you are now able to view and query all instances this product has.

The new Kits tab in Edit master product and view master product pages, allows you to quickly see which Product Kits this Master Product is a part of.

With the ability to quickly edit Product kits from this page, this improvement will sure go a long way.
