New Modules:
Inventory Audit: A new Inventory Audit module has been introduced, enabling users to track and verify warehouse inventory. Scan items, assess accuracy percentages, and export data grids for detailed analysis.
Smart Product Pages: The new Smart Product Pages module provides users with the ability to scan QR codes for access to product details, troubleshooting videos, manuals, and related materials.
DOT Upgrades: Enhanced DOT reports provide detailed daily data on technicians and inventory for trucks, offering more comprehensive insights.
Shift System: The new Shift System allows users to input schedules into the warehouse management system, linking them to time and attendance reports for performance tracking.
Service Item: The new Service Item functionality allows users to add specific services to orders and apply charges accordingly, providing a more flexible approach to order management.
HR Dashboard: As part of the Time & Attendance suite of upgrades, the HR Dashboard combines multiple modules into one central place. Users can now add department managers, departments, employee skills, punch types, and holidays here. On top of that, user profiles can now have managers attached to them, as well as a dedicated tab to employees in which a manage manages.
Order Management:
Invalid Icon Indicator: A location indicator icon now highlights invalid addresses in the order management system, allowing users to address and correct errors more efficiently.
Mark All as Lost: The new "Mark All as Lost" button in order management facilitates the bulk designation of items as lost, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Rental Agreement Split: Rental Agreements can now be customized by order type. Users can individually edit and manage descriptions for delivery, pickup, and service orders.
Dispatch Enhancement: The dispatch module has been updated to include a warehouse filter, allowing users to hide main and secondary warehouses in single and bulk map views for improved dispatch management.
Override Receipt: The order receipt address can now be overridden with an HQ address instead of the order's warehouse address.
Reporting:
Maintenance Activity Report: This report provides a quick overview to warehouse managers based on how long an item has been sitting in maintenance for and how long it takes for that piece of equipment to be serviced.
Punch Report: View when a service technician(s) started / ended their shift using the SERP APP.
Par Level Report Update: Enhance your inventory management with the updated Par Level Report, which now allows for filtering by shortage, surplus, or both for more accurate stock control.
Lost Equipment Collections New Filter: The Equipment Threshold filter enables users to sort lost equipment based on a user-defined threshold, enhancing the management of lost equipment.
Lost Filter Added to Current Rental Reports: A new Lost Filter in Current Rentals and Current Rentals by Warehouse Reports helps users track lost equipment more effectively.
Billing:
Lost Equipment Collections Upgrade: Simplify your billing process with the upgraded Lost Equipment Collections feature, which allows you to add lost equipment charges directly to the monthly bill, avoiding manual invoice adjustments.
Waive and Hide PPD Feature: The Waive and Hide PPD feature in the monthly bill review allows users to remove individual PPD items from invoices, reducing unnecessary billing clutter.
Other:
Upload Pictures on SERP APP: Users can now upload pictures through the SERP app to document deliveries, signage, signatures, and other essential order-related information.
Continuous Scanning: Users can now repeatedly scan tags while on camera mode instead of individually.
Hazardous Material Logs for Truck Loading/Unloading: Hazardous Material Logs have been updated to include details on hazardous materials loaded or unloaded, improving accuracy in tracking and auditing.
Warehouse Active Functionality: Warehouses can now be deactivated and excluded from popups and reports, helping to reduce data clutter from inactive locations.
Hide Pricing in Order Management: Users can hide product rates in order management based on a per-customer basis.
Split Order Role Assignment: Split Order action is now tied to the role assignment
Document Upgrades - Folder System: The Master Product, Orders/Order Management, Customers, and Patients now have the documents panel revamped to support folders where users can further organize specific files within their modules.
Lost Equipment Auto-Resolve: Users can now auto-resolve lost equipment collections when the setting is turned on and the lost equipment is picked up on a pickup order. There will also be a warning prompt when users are placing a pickup order for lost equipment.
