Employee Skills
As part of Dispatch 2.1, skills can now be added to employee profiles, orders, and order management. The skills are customizable and work with Google icons for visuals. Users will now be able to track what orders require specific skills and match them with technicians.
Bulk Map Dispatching
Users will now be able to view/assign multiple orders at once on our new bulk map dispatching module. Users can quickly view orders that need dispatching visually on a map and tech routes as well.

Notifications added for Ordered By
Notification Descriptions
Descriptions have been added to each notification template for a clear understanding of the purpose of every notification and how to generate them.
Lost Equipment Filter on MBR
Users are now able to filter for patients with a lost equipment alert.
Lost Equipment Report
A new Lost Equipment Report has been added, which provides a comprehensive list of all lost equipment and the relevant data associated with each item.
Individual Notifications for Ordered By and Caregivers
The notifications for Order Scheduled, Next Stop, and Removed Next Stop are now split into two types – one for Ordered By and one for Caregivers. This provides more control over who will receive a notification.
Customer User Role: Can Order Online
A new customer user role has been added. Customer users can now be granted order creation permissions on an individual basis.
Flight Recorder Upgrades
We have added filters, total metrics, Truck info on the grid, and labeling on the map overlay for users to reference.
Pending Review Activity Report and New Role for Pending Activity Report
Added a new report that displays orders that are marked as reviewed by an employee within a specific date range. Only accessible with the new role Pending Activity Report.
Average Length of Service Report
A new report has been added that will display the average length of time a patient has been on active service. This report is only accessible with the new role “Average Length of Service Report”.
Current Rentals Report Upgrade
Users will now be able to see the total renting days and billing cost of equipment on the report
Customizable Statements for Customers
Similar to being able to select which Invoice PDF is used for a customer, it will now be possible to also select a preferred Statement PDF for each customer.
Orders Tab on Edit/View Customer
A new tab called “Orders” has been added to Edit/View Customer. Internal users will now be able to view all the orders billed to a specific customer with the new Orders tab.
Allow Add Products to Active Orders Role
Users with the role "Allow Add Products to Active Orders" will be able to add products to orders with the status Scheduling, Received and EnRoute.
Printable Checklist of Items to Load
The Checklist of Items to Load on the Truck Dashboard is now printable to make printing physical copies more convenient.
Visual Changes to LPM Fields
Visual changes added to LPM fields in order management, tech app, and litre flow report.
Max Tech work hours setting
Users are now able to set a default time which the technician will have the start shift on for. After the set time has passed, it will automatically end shift for the technician.
Dispatch changes
Orders have now been separated into two tabs when dispatching an order. The Route tab will represent orders that are scheduled for Today. The All open tab represents any other orders left on the tech not scheduled for today. These changes have been added to the following places:
TECH APP, SELECT TECH POPUP, and SINGLE MAP DISPATCHING
Quick Dispatch change
On the scheduling popup in order management, the quick dispatch option now allows all warehouses instead of just primary and truck assign tech selection.
